Salary on time Multiple tax saving options like driver, car rental, NPS etc. Work life depends on client but usually overworked. Allows remote work still only if client agrees

Cons

Frequent appraisal delays and org bonus component is not paid. No work life balance, work on weekend and 12 hrs a days is norm. They say they are different from other players in service industry but they aren't. Have seen senior people getting fired in short notice.
