      Work from anywhere policy is something folks like.

      Cons

      No clear structure. Too many verticals and horizontols, no sales leadership, too many directors all consider them owner. Still being run like a mom and pop shop Not designed for growth. Corporate structure is not clear.

      1. Good for people joining from outside. You can ask for more salary here. Be here for couple and then change 2. It was really a good company till 2019. They overhired . And people already here felt cheated. If asked in 2019 I would have said best company to work for.

      Cons

      1. It's easier to change the company than to change the project . 2. Your career growth depends on the manager. 3.HR's behaviour have been worse.
