      Pros

      If you are a senior level and recently joined then you will wonder why I am not called for this meeting. Why even junior person but old and close to MD or CEO is in the meeting. you can chill and if you want you can pursue your hobbies because you will hardly work. So Nepotism at core.

      Cons

      Most of MDs are insecure. They have favorite in the team and BU revolve around them and no other person has any say. If have more years of experience than your MD and they will make sure you fail. Most funniest thing is one sided open house. The values are another joke "CARE" they just speak soft but stab you at your back.
