Pros

1. New Development Projects Mostly 2. Project allocation for me at least was smooth. 3. You are free to put your views and implement those. It gets fun when you are working with some bright minds. 4. The salary is good as compared to the industry standard. The hiring team will listen to you if you negotiate as per my experience.

Cons

1. The processes to Manage projects should be streamlined. 2. Project Allocation can be made smoother than it is currently. Many people have the issue that they are not aligned with projects as per their skills. 3. Some Managers are not involved Technically in projects. 4. Multiple buildings are spread within the same location. For Example Gurgaon. Even the location of the Main Gurgaon building is not very good. Water Logging every time it rains.

Dear colleague, thanks for the detailed review. Love reviews like this. You will be glad to know we are planning to consolidate in one or two buildings in Gurgaon, all in the same row. Project allocation has moved a couple of years ago from relationship-based to data-based. It's the same type of people being allocated to the same type of projects, but where earlier the relationship helped paper over gaps, now the lack of relationship makes all matches seem poor :-) But we are working on bringing back some aspects of relationship, humanizing it somewhat. All leaders should be technically involved in their projects. I say so all the time, and I think we do a better job of this than the competition, but any ideas to make this even stronger will be very welcome. Cheers and thanks, Manas

Pros

if you are damn lucky or have good reputation within management, then only company PROS will help you.

Cons

1. Hire and fire policy 2. HRs and higher management are rude, no respect for employee, just fill their own pocket, good at fooling their own employees. 3. at one end CEO said they will not fire anyone. and right from next day they started firing ppl with lame excuses. 4. they dont have any good working project. most of their renowned clients has stopped paying them. they will ruin your knowledge and skills. 5. you can only remain in this company if you are good at samosa-chai thing with upper management.

Pros

1. WFH 2. More Tax saving option 3. Employee friendly 4. Like Government job you will have hardly 5 hr max work in a day 5. Interview process are bit harder as compared to other organization , so that company will have good minded people 6. Got Onsite opportunity , you may get more if your client is for travel domain 7. Internal technical session where you can learn and level-up your skills

Cons

1. Due to COVID-19 , company has started pay deduction based on payroll across the board till next 6 month i.e no deduction under 5lpa , 9% deduction between 5 to 10lpa , 12% duduction more than 10lpa 2. Hike and promotion were postponed till next 6 month 3. Company hired me as a guy having 3+ year experience and REST API developer with java 8 and spring boot , but project forcefully allocated to me by TAP where we were working on 20 year old technology . 4. I didn't grow technical as much as i expected 5. Before the proposal of this project , i got 4 more project request by TAP but work related on those project was more into front end side and i have worked more into back end side . So that HR/TAP insisted me to join that project 6. I think , company should re-think about the hiring process , they should hire the people against the position and they need to work a lot in TAP/RAP process 5. In march , lots of projects got ramp-down , a people in bulk are on bench now 6. People in bench feels like we are criminal , we dont know .... when we will be fired ? may be in next 1 month or two ...
