Pros

Joined Nagarro as fresher. Nagarro invest lot of time and money to train the fresher. Mine training was approx. 6-8 months. Good long and short term onsite opportunities. Friendly environment

Cons

Work life balance is not up-to the mark. Although it depends on your project as well. Some projects and managers requirement is working weekends since day1, some have chill environment.
