      Pros

      Working in nagarro for more than 1 years. So far my experience is good. If you are allocated to project then you work life balance will heavily depend on the project. The Nagarro policies are good. There is no rank hierarchy, so you can connect with anyone within nagarro without any worries. Leave policy is also okay.

      Cons

      Need to have transparency with project allocation process.
