Young company, Lot of opportunities
Pros
I worked at Nagarro full-time for less than a year. 1) Work Life balance, cutting edge technologies. 2) Nice infrastructure, They do a lot of parties. 3) Helpful people and lot of learning opportunities. 3) Good pay master.
Cons
The Management has divided the Development/testing Group and Support group. The Development/testing groups are paid more and get good appraisals and they do normal shift. However The support group which is doing 24*7 is paid less and they only get average appraisals except few ones who are favored by their respective Managers. For some people they are giving hike when they resign and for some people even exit interview are not even taking place. Many people are leaving the organisation due to politics in Support group. I am not sure if Management is even looking into it. The one thing which I want to highlight is the Managers(Support Group) should enrich their managerial skills.
