Thank you for your review. I agree with your review - we love talented people. :)
At the same time, I have to say that we don't have a shortage of projects - we currently have a large number of hiring positions open - Nagarro is growing continuously. There can be many reasons for someone being on the bench (an extremely niche skill or some other kind of mismatch with our requirements) but it is not because of a shortage of projects.
