Worked more than 5 years hence i can say Nagarro is the company of critical thinkers, senior management is always open for suggestions. During my tenure i chase closely what my CEO is saying & even now as we learn how to spy on good things (even if its something new like through my eyes :) ) as he is the one i found the most active CEO who always strive to connect if possible weekly basis with employees globally via various company channels so you know whats going on. Yammer is a hyper active place where you also get to know what is happening around. Open culture, flat hierarchy & gives you a platform to go and work beyond the boundaries. Thinking breakthrough is their tagline & is something i thoroughly enjoyed along with my entire team to drive innovation. Complex assignments & engagement which motivates you to experiment, learn & drive like your own business. Empathy is the key & CARING is what you demonstrate. You must join in case you have apatite to learn & innovate else just management or BAU delivery won't take you anywhere.
