      Great company but location is a problem

      Nice culture, very supportive colleagues, great work life balance.

      Cons

      Most of the offices are in worst city Gurugram. Please consider opening your office in city like Chandigarh. Worst cafeteria food, absolutely tasteless. Now a days appraisals are concern for everyone as people are getting very less appraisal.

      Pros

      Nagarro offers you everything from Learning, flexible hours, growth, good appraisal and most importantly a healthy work culture. If you are in management role, then company provides lot of mentor-ship in the form of formal/informal governance meetings which are pretty supportive and guiding. Company is also associated with many good causes and thus makes one proud while working for such organisation. There is good work life balance as you have flexible timings and work from home options. There is very much focus on new technologies exploration and thinking breakthrough ideas for existing/new customers which provides good opportunities in terms of account growth and establish a unique favor to mundane delivery.

      Cons

      Nagarro is only in few Indian location such as Jaipur, Gurgaon and Bangalore. Should open offices in more Indian cities.

About office locations, as we grow, we are bound to have more office locations. Noida and one more location in India are being actively looked upon as options.
