      Pros

      Good work get to work on latest tech stack . As well as remuneration is also good with decent appraisal

      Cons

      Hr department should be much more active in addressing the issues as well as resolving the same . Rest is fine

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot from your seniors , everyone out there is technically very sound and helpful . fresher training is very good . Hike is good . Fun at work - fun Fridays ....and a lot to tell but in short , it you would love to work in this company.

      Cons

      It takes a lot of effort to get your work done from hr department . They simply forget and you have to remind them again and again .

      Dear colleague - thank you for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor. We do have a plan to roll out some program to support ventures thought of by employees but nothing is at a stage where it is ready to launch. On the other hand, if you really believe that you have a great idea, you should definitely discuss it with folks in the leadership team - for all you know, it may turn out to be something that the company may want to put it's support behind.
