Dear ex-colleague, it is sad to see people, who think highly of us, leave us. But I appreciate that you do rate us highly and hope to see you back with us in the future. Best wishes.

Dear colleague, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback here on Glassdoor. it is good to see that you think well of Nagarro despite your reservations about opportunities afforded to "QAs". I do want you to understand that there is a lot of focus on quality assurance and testing as practices. We have a dedicated CoE towards this cause. There are a lot of learning opportunities for colleague in this field of work since the availability of tools and skills for quality check and testing has gone up a lot in the last few years. You should reach out to CQE members to get specific advice on what you can do improve your skillsets in this area. Best regards.

Dear colleague, First of all, thank you for your feedback. It is feedback such as this that helps us learn where we are missing in our implementation of the design that we have for the organization. And one of the things that we are missing is also that you are not able to come and discuss these very important points directly with senior management or HR. I request you to consider doing so. Let me try to address the topics that you have mentioned. The BA for us has unlimited growth in the company - at a senior level, our BAs drive large consulting engagements with our customers. The BA in our organization, along with the technologist, is a role which is instrumental in establishing trust with the customer and to deliver the best solution that we can for their given problem. To feel that the scope of growth is limited for such a role is unfortunate. I can agree that the 'growth path' beyond a certain level of seniority can be unstructured and that is something we can work upon. We do have a structure in our compensation policy (we couldn't survive or scale, if we didn't) - if you have questions about it, you are welcome to come and ask me. We are committed to having an equal-opportunity workplace when it comes to gender or any other biases. It isn't mere lip-service. I am sorry that you feel so. If you think you are being discriminated due to your gender, I urge you to immediately escalate to HR. While I would never say that HR policies are perfect, I am surprised to hear that they are ineffective and the team is incompetent. I would like to invite you to help us understand where we can do better and I assure you that we will take the feedback seriously and constructively. Feedback is what gives us a chance to improve. Finally, about your advice to management - there are multiple programs that have been started in the last couple of quarters with the intent of ensuring that everyone in leadership positions in the company is on the same page with respect to the culture of the company. Dear colleague - I would request you to give us a chance to take feedback that you have to give and use it, and also to show you that not all of what you feel is the way it is. Reach out to HR or to me directly. Best regards, Vaibhav
