      Flexible working hours Learning opportunities are bright here. Best place to work with specially for women.. Basic amenities and infrastructure of any location are very good. Appraisal cycle is good

      Lack of MNC's culture. Salary Structure is poor.Most of the components of salary are deducted from employee's contribution.

      Dear colleague, all Pluralsight+Codeschool trainings are available to folks on the bench - just raise a request in Kayako. We maintain some bench to enable growth but I would like to correct your impression that there are no new projects - there are many new wins and lots of growth momentum.
