      Pros

      Good Technology learning and faster turn around. lots of open source usage. Even though its CMM level 5, but they have managed it well so that overheads of documentation etc are not passed onto technical people.

      Cons

      At times they accept project from small companies without much scrutiny of client credential.

      Pros

      Top Leadership is hard working and a genuine interest towards improving lives of its employees can be easily visible. Technical learning is good as they have some good projects. Work from home is available Good Technical Talent.

      Cons

      Managerial talent is not that great and need to improve on that ! Location is not good .
