      opportunities to learn new tools and skills onsite visits direct interaction with clients even being at any level

      - pathetic HRs - least concerned top level managers - showoff is more valued than real talent

      good appraisal senior management has focus on people(though low-mid level mgmt tries to make it difficult)

      Cons

      poor lower-mid level management less onsite opportunities the lower management tries to micro-mange and introduce un-necessary processes. you have to struggle to get even a two day leave, management inquire like CBI
