      Positive Outlook Awesome salaries Nice policies and processes Very good for freshers Personal development Proper guidance in projects Good Management

      Cons

      I have worked for almost 3 years. Did not find anything negative. There is less interaction of Management with people other than townhalls. Salary model is changing now, which is bad.
