      Pros

      You get money for survival. Get good designation but no promise to play the role hired for. HR and Senior Management is accessible but with no value addition.

      Cons

      Discrimination on the basis of gender. Discrimination between old and new employees, Old employees in the management are treated as God. Doesn't follow labor law and don't pay paid leave for weekends even to their full time permanent employee. HR is not qualified and not doing the job in order to prevail fair treatment and good work culture instead focus on creating onsite travel for themselves.

      I'm really sorry that you did not seem to have a good time with Nagarro. From your post, I guess you have been onsite and had some misgivings with your experience. Expat HR is complicated by the fact that different departments are involved - HR, legal, finance, travel - and this may have created glitches as we grew rapidly and into half a dozen new countries. We are working on streamlining our "UX". We routinely engage the best law and accounts firms in every region to guide us but now we are also hiring more local HR folks to provide the human touch that might have started to be a gap.

      Overall a Good Company but poor work life balance

      Good salary Very good Infrastructure in Jaipur office (spacious building, huge ground witch cricket pitch) Good learning opportunities Fun Activities Good colleagues

      Cons

      Poor work life balance Huge diffrence in increments between Dev and QA ( Same increment for same rating should be given) Mindset of very old employees ( Managers Currently) in Nagarro is bad ( they think every employee needs to stretch ) Promotion criteria ambiguous Not a good gym ( Instead of spending on Xbox add more machines in gym as nobody here plays xbox) Less no of TT tables

      1. Salary as per market standards with decent increments. 2. Fun activities. 3. Good facilities: Gym , XBox Gaming , WFH , Recreational room etc. 4. Opportunity to work on latest cutting edge technologies. 5. Good work environment.

      Cons

      1. Lack of team parties & outdoor team building activities. 2. Sometimes its hectic to work in Agile methodology , it inhibits creativity & innovation.
