Pros
- Upper management is flexible and approachable - compensation and growth is excellent for deserving employees. -challenging work. -quality of projects and solutions is fairly good. -The core team is full of knowledge and very helping. - Share services(HR,Admin, Finance) are very flexible and always ready to help.
Cons
-Company has grown rapidly and hired a lot of managers from typical service base companies. They bring a lot of knowledge about processes and client management. But it has been a trade-off between growth and core values. New management, from BU heads to leads are trying to create their lobbies. Old people who had proved themselves already are the victims of increasing politics in the company.
