Good salaries, and the company gives enough time to grrom yourself if not on projects.

Cons

Bad project planning, no work life balance in most of the projects.

Work environment, infrastructure, Flat structure, flexibility in work

Cons

Some of the process are outdated, talent management i.e. hiring the right resource for the right job is very poor. Seems like skills and qualification of the candidate are not considered while hiring or allocations

Dear Nagarrian, I hope you are doing well during these times of COVID. You would agree that the skill requirement is our industry is ever-changing and ever-expanding. When we hire, we mostly hire for skills that we have current needs for. But we also look to hire colleagues who can learn new skills. So, every once in a while we do expect our colleagues to build on top of the skills they have and acquire adjacent skills.
