      Pros

      Well join nagarro 2 years back. Here working on different technologies as a developer and learn many new things. Their training process is the best, you can learn anything you want. If you are willing to learn and show it to the employee management team then they will provide you the best opportunity suitable to you. Salary and raise are much better than all competitive companies out there. Its a growing company and you can grow with it.

      Pros and cons are part of the company but its 2 years and i still can't find a single reason to switch the job. :-)

      +flexible timings +great compensation +great opportunity to learn and grow and show case talent +best place for beginner + Good Culture + Good HR + Great software practices + great people to work with. The company has the ethic

      Cons

      I did not find any. I was personally under someone whose behaviour did not match with company ethos, but after some interaction may be he figured out himself that his way does not match with company ethos, so he changed himself. That is the power of culture the company is carrying.

      Wow, this review made my day. All our efforts are towards making Nagarro a culture-driven company. And when you give such examples where someone changed themselves to fit culturally, it gives me a huge sense of satisfaction. But, of course, a lot of work is still to be done (so that next time, you rate us 5/5). Thank you for posting a review here and taking your time to provide a more detailed feedback. I think we will always have some people who may not practice our culture, but we will continue to develop a stronger culture so that people will have no option but to adopt.
