Dear former colleague, Thanks for leaving this review here on Glassdoor - it is always painful to see people who think well of us not with us anymore. We are working very strongly on all support functions in making them better and more scalable. Thank you for your review here on Glassdoor. It gives me a lot of pleasure to see that you find working at Nagarro worth your time. I think we are one of the best companies around to work at - both from a quality of work and focus on people perspective. I think I can make a quick comment or two about the couple of cons that you describe. We are by nature a company which tries to pick up complex problems to solve for our customers. So sometimes they tend to be smaller in duration or size. But we have projects which have large teams and have been going on for a long time. We do not have templates that mandate onsite positions in a project - and so, we give onsite positions only for projects which really require them. Having said that, about 15-20% of the company is located outside India.
