      Pros

      Although it depends on project and manager but here are my 2 cents 1. Focus on work rather on micro management. 2. Lots of learning program in company 3. Flexi timing 4. Work From Home 5. No hierarchy open gate policy

      thing can be improved one of them is Interview process so that people with less or no skill do not spoil the of smart and hard working environment of company.

      Pros

      I have spent 5 years with nagarro. 1) Work Culture (Depends on project) 2) Good Appraisal but now it has been changed. Its not transparent any more. 3)Work Life balance in most of projects 4) Major focus on women empowerment. Special programs for women only. For ex: Architecture group for women . (Could not understand why not for men also) 5) Lot of events and functions in a year. 6) Customized CTC structure.

      Cons

      1) Most of projects are in old technologies. 2) Spoon feeding for freshers 3) Complete 1 or 2 courses of nagarro (NAGP) and you will become the king . 4) Lunch 5)Not transparent HR Policy. They even dont know on which parameters they have calculated appraisal. 6) Politics in some accounts. 7) They wont care if you spend 10 years . They will easily release you without asking any reason. 8) Changing from technical company to consulting company. Consulting their employees to Indian clients and sending them to client location. 9) Project allocation process is worst . 10) HR will never give response to your message. 11) Some of BU head consider themselves as a god of the company. Not most of them but few of them
