      1. It's been a great journey so far career and opportunity wise 2. It's growing well and have opportunities for all. 3. There are many initiatives towards learning new technologies and trends in the industry 4. Pay well and provide max support to have work-life balance

      Cons

      There are not many however mid level managers are not par as the upper management is.

      Pros

      Good hikes, Flexible timings in most of the projects. There are opportunities to work in cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      Dependency is there in projects, leading to politics. I cant say work life balance is completely missing. But in some projects it is missing.

      Thanks for your review here on Glassdoor. I think it is the nature of our work where there can be critical dependencies on individuals. We should work to make it so that it doesn't last for too long. Having a critical dependency is neither good for the project health nor for that individual's opportunity prospects. This is something that we do track and advise our customers on proactively wherever possible.
