      Pros

      It's always good to work with a medium-ranked company like Nagarro. You get the atmosphere of both a small firm & a MNC simultaneously. This is essential for your overall growth.

      Cons

      Work is at it's extreme. You either get to have lots of work or you have no work at all. It would be way more better if we get average amount of work throughout.

      Dear colleague, I am sorry to hear you are upset with fresher compensation, but frankly not too surprised. It is perhaps a function of our "Vidyamandir" heritage where the first year is interpreted as a joint investment in your future. Don't worry too much.
