Pros

Flexible working environment (depends on the project and the manager of course) Balanced work culture. Good environment for learning new technologies. Coolest events organized by the company for the employees

Cons

Project allocation is not based on the technical skills of an employee. Ratings given by the managers are totally dependent on how they personally feel about you but not on technically capabilities and the talent. Interviews for promotions: An employee is given quarterly ratings, these ratings theoretically represents how an employee is performing throughout an year, why are these ratings not considered as the criteria for promotion and how a person due for his/her promotion can be judged in merely half hour interview.

Dear colleague, Thanks for the constructive and detailed feedback. We have homegrown HR systems but they need an overhaul. We have a new HRMS system coming online in a few months and hopefully occasional issues like the one you mention will be a thing of the past. A lot of thought is going into creating a unique but robust type of HR that works for a unique company like Nagarro. Pros

Very good for freshers and employees with <5 years of experience in technology group. Can work in variety of domains, help people understand and experience different domains.

Cons

Managers here, sometimes, play games and blame technical team in case something goes wrong. Try to defend your team and take ownership. Quality Assurance team: No good if you are in QA. Will always be considered as second class citizens.

Dear colleague, Thanks for your feedback and advice. We have been trying to make sure we don't hire any "non-deserving candidates" as you mention. I personally meet all Director+ level candidates, for example, before we make an offer to them. Sometimes though we make a mistake and overestimate the fit. I can't promise we won't make mistakes any more but I can promise we will get better. We do realize the importance of middle management being in sync with the company stands for. We have some good ideas on how to improve this - some BUs have already taken a few bold steps in that direction. Regarding QA, what you say is about to change. We have a few offers out to senior quality people and we may also acquire a company in this space. We are serious about this topic. Pros

Good opportunities, growing organisation, decent salary structure. A very good company for freshers to start as they learn how a service based company works.

Cons

Management not quite good. Infrastructure is below average. Some projects are really good while others are really bad to work in.

Dear colleague, Thanks for writing in and giving the company an overall decent rating. I'm sorry to hear you think our infra isn't up to spec. This has not been my view. I sometimes feel embarrassed, in fact, when a client team visits and finds our infra better than their own offices. Maybe you are referring to more specific things in infra - and in admin - that could be improved. Please feel free to raise these on Yammer or write to me personally about them.
