      Pros

      There's no point in writing Pros !! its endless.. Trust me you have number of reviews to believe. Now.. What I feel about Nagarro, this is an organisation where I developed a feeling that I will be with this company for 10, 20 or even more years. And the credit goes to the work environment and super supportive people in this Company. What I like the most is a sense of positivity once I enter the office. In just mere two weeks I started enjoying my work, and best thing is they assign you a buddy on your first day of joining which is a great technique because you get familiar to everything in no time. Well I can write a essay about various small small things Nagarro does, which shows they actually cares and make you feel you are a part of family.

      Cons

      I was hired on a third party Payroll, at times I feel disheartened because these Payroll partners have so many different as useless policies which somewhere keeps effecting.

As for your comment regarding the terms of your association with Nagarro, we do have certain support roles that we have decided to subcontract for now. This decision may change in the future, but for now, this seems to be the way to go.
