9yDear colleague, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback here on Glassdoor. it is good to see that you think well of Nagarro despite your reservations about opportunities afforded to "QAs".
I do want you to understand that there is a lot of focus on quality assurance and testing as practices. We have a dedicated CoE towards this cause. There are a lot of learning opportunities for colleague in this field of work since the availability of tools and skills for quality check and testing has gone up a lot in the last few years. You should reach out to CQE members to get specific advice on what you can do improve your skillsets in this area.
