Pros
Nagarro offers unlimited opportunities for growth.
No matter at which level you join, if you have the will and the ambition to become successful, then there is no better place to work than Nagarro.
I joined them 4 months ago in the sales and marketing team. Prior to joining, I had formed a positive perception of the organisation and I experienced my moment of truth when I joined them. The induction process was handled very professionally end-to by the HR folks and even today after 4 months of joining, if I have a query, then it is handled by the HR team with the same vigour and energy as it was handled earlier on.
My colleagues in India and at our global locations have been very supportive. Our day-to-day working is so smooth and professional that the work does not seem like a task. It becomes a fun-filled activity that spurs me to do more and more and bring out the best in me, so that I can achieve the goals set out for the organisation in an atmosphere of professionalism that is mixed with enjoyment and learning.
The best part is that you continue to grow while you work at Nagarro. Each interaction that you have here with a colleague or by working on a project or while undergoing workshops or trainings will make you a more informed and knowledgeable person and you will realise this when you talk to a customer on phone or when you are visiting the customer onsite or when talking to any of your friends or ex-colleagues. Over the years our folks have become specialists in their respective fields and command authority in the industry.
I like working at Nagarro as I feel a sense of positive energy running throughout the organisation. I have never experienced any delay or any lag in response or any lack of cooperation from any team member or any team. Rather my activities, ideas and suggestions have been reciprocated in the same spirit by all team members.
At Nagarro I have found a very professional workplace, a workplace that welcomes you warmly and gives you wings to shape your career and fly higher and higher.
Cons
So far, in the last 4 months, I have not experienced any moment at Nagarro, that was either unpleasant or left a bad taste in the mouth.
