Wow. Thank you for such a fantastic rating on Glassdoor. I agree with all of the pros that you have listed. We have these and many more. It is unfortunate that you are not with us anymore since we are really doing well and are going to get even better. Let me try to address some of the areas of improvement that you listed. On a company scale, we do have great numbers in terms of how much time people spend in the office (on average, it 40-45 hours per week). There are always pockets (difficult projects, delayed timelines, etc.) when people have to put in much more time. But these are not the norm. It is a bit unfair to generalize that managers are dumb, IMO. We do have managers who are very strong technically, and some who are not from a technical background. Neither are dumb. Also, growth prospects at Nagarro are great. I am not sure why you feel otherwise. Most of the employees who are in Nagarro for a long time are in key leadership positions. We are growing 30% every year. I would love to hear from you about your experiences which led you to have these poor impressions of Nagarro, and take the opportunity to change your mind about them. Reach out to HR and they can put you in touch with me. And what is stopping you from joining us back?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. It is an interesting review that you have - mentioning "tough learning experience" as a pro and "difficult work" as a con. You, of course, have it right. I believe that if you want to learn faster, you need to work harder. We pick up some of the most challenging and complex work from our clients. We believe that our people are smarter and are up to the challenge to deliver such work. I have been with Nagarro a very long time now and I believe every year I learn what would take me 2-3 years to learn elsewhere. However, if you are consistently putting in long hours (not of your own choice) then perhaps you should consider reaching out to your project leadership to better understand why your timelines are like they are - or if you are unhappy about it, then to HR or management. You mention work-life balance - and I can't help but leave you with my personal (not Nagarro's) opinion of it. I believe that work-life balance should be measured over phases of your career, rather than on a day-to-day basis. It can be measured in terms of the quality of life you build, the amount of satisfaction you get out of your job, the security and comfort you can provide to your family, the number of vacations you take in an year, how early you can retire, and many other things. It likely shouldn't be measured in hours spent on work and outside it on a day-to-day basis. Having said that, on an average, the company does offer a decent split between how much time you spend at work and how much outside it. There are projects which may be more challenging and thus require more time at work. If you would like to talk to anyone about your time at Nagarro (including to me), then feel free to reach out to HR and it would be our pleasure to spend the time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. We do want to be seen as a place which provides flexibility in the work environment. Yes, we are not a big brand right now, but we will get there. We want to be a household name and are working towards being just that. Once again, thank you for taking the time.
