Choosing a project on the other hand is not always possible - though even there you can try to raise a project change request. With respect to poor employee retention, I am surprised to see that you have this impression. Our employee retention is one of the highest in the industry for a company our size. Not only do we retain our employees, we also have a decent rejoining rate for people who leave. About transparency in ratings and appraisals, this is something that is being made very systematic - the new appraisal system makes the rating process fairly transparent. Transparency in how we do things is very important for us; this is one aspect that you should see improve continuously. We are a very fast growing organization and sometimes things may take a little while to catch up. But our heart is in the right place, so whenever you feel that there are things amiss, you should reach out to senior management and convey your impressions. It will help us improve.
