1) multiple building , Hard to Travel 2) onsite opportunities are very less and stick to some specific people.

Dear colleague, "Great CEO"! Made my day. Thanks for the vote of confidence. I am trying to learn how to keep in touch with all my colleagues and also to keep the company pointed in the right direction as we grow rapidly. We do have many buildings, ranging from small ones to big ones, because of this same fast growth. Our latest building(s) are much larger and will help us to consolidate. We are also planning a campus in Gurgaon. We do have onsite opportunities but since we are typically doing a lot more than onsite staffing, these may be relatively fewer than in some companies. I do think we could run a program to convince our customers that more onsite rotation is good for understanding, trust and morale. Will keep this in mind. Thanks for writing here.
