Pros

well there are lots of them- 1. nice work culture 2.some very nice projects 3.good growth for future 4.Systematic ways to solve any issues (of course there will be some ) 5.five star on employee satisfaction in terms of house keeping and hospitality 6.company cares for you (eg cab facilities for employees . free late night cab facilities and good policies of company for security concerns for women) 7.company is growing and hired at a much larger scale the year i got recruited. 8.ERP(employee referral program) by which you can refer your friends and colleagues to the company yet to experience other pros

Cons

there are some cons as well like any other company 1.your college decides your package not your interview and your capabilities if you are a FRESHER and sometimes the it is not so pleasing when compared with your colleagues in the company 2.not so good location where it is situated .seems kind of underdeveloped .although it has 5 offices in gurgaon and each one is just first class but not the location outside . 3. doesn't give much holidays in fact very less holidays .

Thank you for taking the time to review Nagarro in such detail. This type of a review is the most constructive since it helps us take specific steps to improve ourselves and also to see where we are going right. While I am not able to address the concern on fresher salary at this time, one thing I can mention is that we place a very strong weightage on how well you do once you join us and your appraisals in the future are a function of that (not of your college). From a location perspective, I can reveal that we will consolidate in the mid-term to better premises in Gurgaon. We already have our own consolidated premises in Jaipur to address the same concern. Your advice to management is right on target. This is an aspect that senior management is taking very seriously now and you should see a lot of improvement in this area.

You got to work on core technology. Package is good as compared to other service based companies.

Cons

No work-life balance as minimum expectation is 11 hours/day Lack of transparency on employee rating Lack of proper policies and procedure Only 12 leaves are allowed per year as rest of them are part of your package

Let me thank you for your taking the time to write this review. I will try to respond to some of the shortcomings that you have felt during your stay at Nagarro. Regarding work-life balance, as a company there is only an expectation for 40-50 hours a week of work. Based on recent internal reviews, this is what most people are spending at Nagarro. However, that cannot always be true and there may be projects or roles where more is being demanded and that is something that can be addressed - raise an issue with HR we can address that. Having said this, there are always those of us who would like to work much more than an 8 hour day, and Nagarro doesn't discourage that either; a work-life balance is a personal choice and we try to let employees make that choice for themselves. I, for example, don't think of work-life balance as a day-to-day thing, but something that should be measured over a career - and that is what I apply for myself. We do provide transparency to an individual on how their performance ratings come about. However, we are working on making it even more objective than it was earlier. You should see improvements within the next quarter or two. Regarding policies and procedures, I would request and encourage you to reach out to HR or even senior management to provide feedback on wherever you feel these are lacking. Your specific feedback will help us improve them. Regarding your advice about the 360 degree review, I strongly encourage you to talk to anyone in the senior management and provide this feedback. The 360 degree review initiative is an important one for us and if the wrong perception is being developed then we need to fix it. Once again, thank you for the feedback.
