Pros

1) Seminars conducted time to time to update employees about the new technologies is a good initiative. 2) Here some people really have a good command in latest technologies so if you have a good fate then you are going to learn a lot here.

Cons

1) In terms of salary package of a lateral entry employee it hardly matters to the company that what knowledge he is having, company always defines package according to the base package. 2) HR department's efficiency needs to be improved.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We see ourselves as a company with a culture of continuous learning. And that is why you notice that there is a lot of stress on learning new skills. At the same time, I'd like to believe that the situation is such that over their stint with Nagarro everyone should have an equal chance at learning; and that it is not up to fate but is driven by deliberate and fair design. I'd also like to comment on the cons that you have felt while at Nagarro. Hiring is mostly about assessing someone's skill as much as you can and then make a best judgment on their potential. So, there is always an element of "hiring for potential" in the hiring process. And any offers on salary or role are bases on this assessment. I agree that we can always do better in HR (and other areas) and are continuously improving. Having said that, if there are specific inefficiencies or examples of that you have faced, I would like to know them - so that we can address them right away. I request you to reach out to me in the office to discuss these. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

I joined Nagarro back in June 2011 as a fresher. During my 4 years stint I never felt the urge of switching my job as every opportunity and prospect that an individual can think of in terms of professional and personal growth was readily available. The exposure to the diverse domains and the latest technologies aided me in setting a strong foothold in the IT industry and also guided me on the next move for my career path. To put in simple words. Following are the top pros among many - - comprises of truly brilliant minds(justifies the tag line completely) - growing at a tremendous rate - an awesome work culture - Exposure to every possible domain and technology - High quality projects - accessible senior management - respectable salary - appreciation is for good work is never forgotten - also the Raahgiri initiative by our CEO Manas Fuloria is commendable - interactive townhall address. PS - I am still not switching my job .Just going for higher studies and would love to come back :)

Cons

Not any that I can think of but I just fear that since Nagarro is growing at an exponential rate it doesn't loses the charm of its close-knit community and becomes yet another IT factory.

Let me first thank you for leaving a detailed review such as the one you have. I think I know who wrote this and I must say it was always to pleasure to interact with you while you were here. I think you have captured well the essence of the company that we are trying to create in your review. And you have also called out our biggest fear - we don't want to end up like just another mid-sized Indian IT company. Regarding your advice to management, I do believe a lot of teams do organize offsite events. In true Nagarro style, we leave it to the teams to decide how they want to spend their allocated funds for team activities. I agree that teams need to gel together and anything we can do to move in that direction is effort well spent. We don't really control how many folks can be 'onsite' in any given engagement. It ties in with our approach to solving a customer's problem - if a problem can be best solved by having people in the same office as the customer we propose it, else we don't. Having said that, we have so many people traveling to customer locations all the time. Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Hopefully we will see you back in Nagarro once you have finished your studies. Reach out to me if you ever need to connect.
