Organization is definitely changing levels as I can see so processes are being realigned somewhat;
1)Bad salary structure( good for mgmt though ;) )
2)Some Project Managers are over-apprehensive and are there to simply justify their designation
3)Processes are still being evolved as the company is changing grades
4) Preferences are always aligned to people that have been their with Nagarro from long time
5) I feel food and lunch options are bit hefty on pockets
