      1. Company has made tremendous growth in the recent past, still growing and would definitely shine brighter in the times to come. 2. Excellent company for people who have passion for their work. Your hard work definitely gets recognized. 3. Continuous learning and skill set refinement through trainings/ Nagarro university 4. Flexible in all sense - in CTC restructure, in project selection, in office timings etc

      Cons

      1. HRs take ages to respond unless F2F as a result of which a new joinee (unless he settles down) struggles a lot to gather minute information. 2. Work pressure is too much but again this depends from project to project.

      Pros

      The best reason to work in Nagarro Software is job satisfaction which is the main reason why one would like to work for a company. I am satisfied with the kind of work I am doing and the future opportunities that is see in future. The company is growing at high speed so are the employees. Nagarro is an employee friendly company and gives all necessary facilities required and MORE.

      Cons

      There is too much to learn and it becomes difficult to pick which one to pick first. :-)

      Pros

      Learning experience depends from project to project (In my case it has been awesome). Apart from project work, you have freedom to explore a lot of other technologies..play with them and implement your own ideas. You don't need to worry about appraisals (They are usually great and above your expectations:D). They also have a nice work from home policy!!

      Cons

      If you some day think about changing your project due to any reason, then it's a bit of a headache. (Especially when you are performing good in that project ;) ) Most of the projects are on Microsoft based technologies, If you expect to work on some open source technologies then you will be disappointed. (Geeky developers would understand my concern :))
