1) Hire and fire culture - They recently hired around 120 people for sharepoint in 2 months and 6 months later - they fired around 80 of them

5) poor quality work + Outdated Technologies
6) no process no documentation
7) no onsite or very less
8) no direct communication with client
9) NO Work life balance - I have come into work on Saturdays , Sundays and even on DIwali day - Last year I had 20 of my 22 leaves UNDERUTILIZED - simply because they don't approve leaves and if you take unplanned leave - you will have to come to work on both the weekend days - That's right - 2 weekend days for 1 weekday leave

14) All the good people leave within 1-2 years .. The only people who are still here are those who are either incapable of moving anywhere else , or their CTCs are too over inflated for them to move anywhere else
15) Poor Infrastructure - Horrible Pantry & Canteen - You can see Rats and Cockroaches - The food is overpriced and tastes horrible
