      - Professionalism - Better pay master than other service companies - Gurgaon Office - Caring for Nagarrian (crowd funding initiative for personal emergencies) - Learning opportunites (both on project and platfrom based [LinkedIn Learning]) - Work Life Balance - Global teams - Podcasts (NTLB, NLLB, AI Show, UAT etc.)

      - Has started incrementing less over the years - Health insurance coverage, premiums, and services can be improved. - Listing in Germany has backfired, so course correction is needed but so far the management are clueless - The AI trumpets are overblown without signficant on ground progress - The lobbying and favoritism culture has finally started creeping in despite the best efforts of upper management
