Pros

Great place to learn new technology project and start career. Also get good money and hike every year

Cons

If you are project manager or PCEO then you are drum that gets beaten on both sides, but you are like football and gets kicked by 22 players. seniors tell you to escalate mistakes of performing members, however if a long timer bluntly refuses to any work you will told to go slow and ignore every nonsense they do. They have super powerful group architecture group that is have best talent in world and supposed to help project teams that need technical help. This group is guarded by ladies and in situation that you need help from them you will be refused by them, making bandwidth crunch as the excuse. If you talk to these architects casually at personal level, you can find out that they don't have much work and can be seen playing TT in the cafeteria most of the time. The key to survival in Nagarro is to keep your resignation letter ready at all times. If you have any issues or complaints the HR will deaf towards you no matter how much effort you make to get heard, when you resign then all issues will be heard. You will find that interacting with all departments like payroll, travel, transport, etc. is frustrating. Its your problem just live with it.

Pros

- The only reason to work here is that you have a job and will earn something. - There are a lot of mandatory trainings so you will get time to roam around and will get time to think off your college days. - College like environment for freshers. - Celebration of Valentine's week in efficient manner. - No dress code, so you can come to office in pyjamas and spaghetti tops. :) - TT is your road to success. If you do well in TT then you will succeed in your career with Nagarro - Lots of parties with cheap alcohol - Xbox Room

Cons

- Your CTC sounds big but what you get is very less. Its like there will be a difference of around 20K between what you get inhand every week and what you might think (dividing your CTC with 12 for a monthly inhand). - Leave encashment is done on Basic salary but deduction amount for negative leaves is on CTC basis. So for 2 leaves encashed, you will get 2*Basic salary and if you have -2 leaves in your account then it will 2* per day CTC - You will have to work extra hours, and weekends without any recognition. - Most expensive cabs that a company will provide in NCR region (the cab charges are based on CTC and not the distance from office :) ) - They take 15 days to enter or remove your name from cab list. I wonder what they do for the 14 days and 20 hrs - Travel department is clueless if your visa is being processed and there seems to be some legal issues. - If you work hard then you are a donkey, if you can show that you work hard, irrelevant of you being working hard or not, then you are their important resource. - They take building on lease and to save money they exclude lifts/elevators from lease agreement. - your manager will give you most irrelevant fundas to your discussion and his only motive is to end the discussion - They wont hand you your appraisal document till you raise an issue for that. - They dont give diwali gifts because it takes up a lot of space in their meeting rooms. - Here challenging work means that you give 18 hrs to project. The definition of challenging in minds of HR is that the person should not get time to go home. So beware of asking for challenging work. - There is a "University" whose courses are worthless but you still have to clear 4 examinations per year to get your appraisal. They wont consider your year long hardwork. - Very small cubicles.

Pros

Work From Anywhere is the Pro, but that too depends on project. Don't fall in that PR trap. Go ask the past employees who where randomly laid off.

Cons

They have very few projects, and that too are very short projects. In every 3-4 months you will be back on Bench, and believe me you will be terrified during that period. They will try to map you into any random project in any random tech. Does not matter how well you perform, you can be fired any day. No Job Security. Continuous Hiring and Firing. Increment cycle is greatly delayed. They are loosing clients and have laid off a large number of employees. If you have any offer then don't join.
