They hired me for development work but put in a support role in night shift when i have raised concern they give silly excuses. If you ask for project change then they will say as per company policy you can't change project before 18 months. So you don't have any option i.e. its like cage the managers are not helping you they just try to make the client happy. They don't have guts to take stand for their own employees against client instead they ask us to say no to client but the client should not feel bad that also we need to take care. If there would be zero rating then i would have given zero rating.

1. Policies are not mature enough like project change policy your manager have 2 years to ruin your career and performance feedback. 2. Recognition process completely depends on your relationship with your manager, client's feedback hardly matters. In my case, manager labelled me as a non performer but client was shocked on resignation. They feel it as a big loss and manager hardly care (a client centric boss !!) 3. Normal Working hours are 12hr which is expected by your so called managers as you are working from anywhere concept and you don't need to travel hence your travel time is also part of your working hours. 4. In certain standups or meetings, it is declared by managers that you cannot came directly to me. I don't know the concept of Non Hierarchical organization but i am sure that shouldn't be.
