Pros

1) Great Person (Depends from person to person). 2) Nagarro cares for you. (If you are a part of Nagarro you are a part of family). 3) Everybody is supporting here. 4) Good increments (Depends on team to team but overall better) 5) Job security. 6) A Lot of learning material is available. Join Nagarro its on of the best companies of NCR.

Cons

1) Don't join AMS projects. 2) There are some projects which doesn't have any work try to avoid that. 3) Project change is still a pain. 4) To enter in project you have to give interview and its bad.

1. Five hrs policy 2. No fire policy 3. Some good projects 4. CTC structure

Cons

1. Most of managers are worst(Those who are here from long time or started their career from here) 2. Medical insurance is worst 3. Some time TAP team force to accept project unwillingly. 4. No cab facility 5. Offer average package(Experience * 2-2.5) 6. Performance review is not transparent now.

Evening snacks and nothing else.

Do not go by the fake rating of this company on glassdoor. Mostly it is posted by nagarro upper management staff. Pathetic culture in projects. Very bad behaviour by leads and managers. They will ruin your life and make it miserable. I was made to work daily 12 to 14 hours. Mentally tortured literally. Managers and leads do not have etiquette. If you are stuck in a bad project you cannot change project before 18 months. I joined this company in a batch of 10 people. 7 out of 10 have already left within 9 months. In the name of better salary they assign you workload of 3-4 people. Please note if you are coming from a very big organisation where you are working in big teams then do not join this company. Here projects are very small and with very small teams. You will have to work on weekends and work even after reaching your home after office. Managers will push you to go beyond your limits. Lots of politics and favouritism. Toxic culture.

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you had a bad experience. HR should definitely take reviews from engineers about their seniors. This can be done even right now but it is voluntary. And maybe it is not publicised. You can also always complain to hrfiles@ anonymously or otherwise about any issue you have, or even ping our HR head or me. In fact, I would really appreciate it if you would write to me in more detail about your experience and where it happened so we can take the necessary steps. Just so you know, at least based on recent informal polls in our leadership meetings, hardly anyone senior from Nagarro posts on Glassdoor. The posts don’t sound like senior folks either. You named me in your post and I do read these posts. All the best!
