Pros

1. Used to have min 5 hours working policy. 2. Used to give decent hike. 3. used to be employee centric. 4. Used to have decent clients.

Cons

1. Now attendance is marked as per the timesheet in which you must log 8 hours of work, so if you are on bench. good luck for your attendance. 2. The slight downtown in their revenue and first thing they did is salary cut and deferal of appraisal. Also they are planning to bring model so that bench has to pay less salary as if it's your mistake to be on bench. 3. They may hire you because of your latest technology skills but will ask to work on dead technologies. 4. Insurance is provided at high premium. 5. They make sure that you curse yourself if you are on bench or join this company because you are not getting project as per youd skill or that you have some aspirations. 6. Those who are with this company for more than 3-4 years doesn't want new people in their teams as they think new person is here to snatch their hike %. 7. They boast about flat hierarchy but the truth is you can't reach to anyone to ask for help as all are always busy ( not with assigned work). 8. They may give you a designation lower than what you deserve and will ask you to wait for 1.5 years to consider designation change.

Pros

Thoughtful CEO; good intents and ideas but things are not getting well understood and translated as they should be. I can see some positive thought change in the organization in last 24 months till i left :) .The Nagarro new tag line has a lot of meaning in it. Active internal communication channels Open for ideas Opportunity to learn lots of new technology stuff Organization really believe in equipping itself with latest technologies. There is lot of investment being done in form of internal university programs, classroom training programs and webinars. This is something which is directly driven from top management. Great thoughts !! Internal hackathons Lots of short duration projects; good for less experienced to gain end to end experience Approachable management Good CTC structure; No variables

Cons

Enterprise feel is missing in general. Thick top hierarchy; lots of directors and associate directors Easy to get promotions even at top level hierarchy; its really strange In general less people with actual in-depth technology expertise and business domain penetration Lots of trusted and proven old people, who are now outdated and less performant wrt today, but still benefitted comparatively, because top management still feels or communicated that they are their top notch people. People management is less mature. Few of old employees bypass the hierarchy and get things done for them based on there old corporate connections. HR is improving but needs more improvement Global mobility group operations/policies are less employee friendly Working/coming on weekends policy is not good due to which it is misused very well

Pros

Initially (4 years back), this was a very good company with nice increments, caring attitude. Now, everything is bad, low increments, firing without no reason and they do not allow people to work in new technology means they want you to work in legacy projects.

Cons

1. Firing without any reason. Now, they are saying that this is due to performance or attitude problem but the truth is without proposing any project they are firing. They follow an automated process to find suitable project for an employee and this system is faulty. They do not allow you to find anything by yourself and if their system is not able to find a suitable project then you are the best candidate to fire. I think this is not enough to find someone's performance or attitude. 2. Recently they have started evaluation of bench resources. Suppose you clear the evaluation then also the chances of your firing is dependent upon HR's mood. 3. To fire a resource is totally dependent upon HR. If she did not like you by any reason she can escalate and you will be the best candidate to fire. 4. Though I agree for few cases the management is right that there are performance issue or attitude problem. But, then what about the other cases. They completely rely on HRs decision. No cross verification or process to find the reason behind not getting the project. 5.If you are not on bench then you are safe. So currently they introduced pay cuts and no increment. Very few organizations are doing anything like this. 6. Also, increment is very low. They encourage a special group's people by good increment, providing better opportunity in terms of new technologies work. The people in this group can easily work on latest technology but for rest there is no way to switch to any new technology.
