Pros

Work life balance is good.

Cons

Increments used to be good not anymore, they keep shifting increments by 6 months every 2 years and then don't even give good increments anymore. You can get promotion, win awards, get great reviews from client, still they just insult you in name of increments.

There is no proper project Simply an AI will map u to some random projects that doesn't match ur skill set or experience Will sure ask you to relocate

Pros

Only pros was WFH, but this option is no more available. Sadly no Pros now.

Cons

1) Lack of projects, large no of people on bench. 2)Employees are forced to resign due to a shortage of projects. 3)Performance reviews are delayed for several months. 4)Sudden policy changes, including increased variable components to lower total compensation, cancellation of leaves etc. 5)The project allocation system, particularly TAP, is poorly managed. 6)Over the last 3-4 months, there have been massive layoffs through forced resignations. 7)HR and upper management lack supportiveness.
