      1. Good package 2. Good hike around 6 to 12 percent yearly. 3. Most of the project for Java and frontend are Work from home. 4. Less % of variable in CTC for middle level employees

      1. Most of the clients are indian so working with them is hectic. 2. Once you got into the project changing the project is difficult. 3. Typical service based organization where you need to follow whatever client says
