Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I am happy to see that you have a positive outlook towards Nagarro. And I think we can justify that outlook. With regards to the cons that you describe, I would like to make a few comments. While it is the nature of our industry that there are times in a project which are harder and require a commitment beyond normal - most of the times people don't need to work under that much pressure. Based on the monthly attendance report that we generate around 95% of the company spends 200 hours or less in the office per month. The amount of time spent in office is something that we track quite closely and investigate anytime people are consistently spending more time in the office than expected, we try to fix it. I am happy to meet you and discuss any other feedback that you have so feel free to reach out to me in the office. Thank you again, for taking the time to write a review here.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback here. We do take a lot of pride in the way we envision and design the organizational culture at Nagarro. And accessibility at all levels is a key construct. It is the basis of our non-hierarchical way of work. I can't comment much on your feedback about Project Managers since it is too generic. We have some great people on board. Can we have one or two people who are not up to the mark? Maybe. But we strongly believe that it is a matter of feedback in most cases. We do have a 360 degree feedback form that you should make use of the next time it is launched to provide more detailed feedback on what you mean by "lack of proficiency". If you would like to go into more detail you ae also welcome to come and talk to me or any other person in the senior management team. Again, thank you for your time. I strongly believe that Nagarro is one of the best global services companies to work at.

Pros

There are not words to praise; I have used below section to give my feedback. Will leave this organization very soon.

Cons

Pathetic company No management Need to work for 18 hours a day No body will listen to you and your problem Created a issue tracker which is of no use, no body will listen to you; its just a waste of time No one will guide you about the career paths HR policies are very weak Very very healthy biased system 5 year person can a VP in this company or a senior director here [dont consider Parivar wadth here ] and a 10 year exp person can a be developer here All together just a pathetic company ; Also no onsite also

It is unfortunate that you feel this way and it reflects something missing within us that we let it get to this point. In fact, if you are still with us, I would definitely want to spend the time, if you allow, to talk to you and understand how we can improve. If you reach out to HR, they will connect you with me. Having said that, though, I have to say that this review is a little unfair overall. It is clear that somehow we have not been able to address issues that you must have raised (in issue trackers, or to HR). So, your feedback (on there being no one listening to you and issue trackers not working) is understandable. Although, let me assure you, that issue trackers are tracked very seriously by the groups responsible for them. Other than that though, some of the other points seem to be angry reactions. For instance, the youngest member of the senior management team has 12 years of experience; the oldest has over 30 years. Yes, some of them look young, but they are not. In any case, the years of experience is not the only driver of someone's capability. And long working hours is also something that is also an unfair generalization. On average, the majority of Nagarro works 8-9 hours a day (just see how empty the offices are after 7 pm). However, there are always times when you have to put your back into it, but these are short bursts and pretty much happen in any IT organization in the world. If you are working 90-100 hours per week consistently, then there is something wrong and you should definitely escalate to HR. We do have a good set of HR policies, I believe. If there are weaknesses in them, I would love to hear them - it is feedback which helps us improve. So, I do request you to reach out to me so that we can discuss what specifically you think we can improve (I would request this even if you have left us). In the end, I do want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Every feedback helps us improve ourselves. We do want to be a highly people friendly workplace.
