I've worked with great people, both technically and as character. Most of the projects were interesting with complex business and different tech stacks.

Cons

Growth depends a lot on the projects and most projects were started a long time ago and still ongoing. Some were updated to newer tech stacks, but a lot were outdated and work was limited to some features and maintenance so it made it hard to meet the objectives required for moving up the ladder.
