Cons

Stuck in outdated legacy projects using tech stacks older than my birth year—mostly tightly coupled, obsolete frameworks. Training is provided in modern tech like .NET, React, and Angular, but actual work is limited to WebForms and XML. Managers ignore project change requests and use the notice period as an excuse to hold employees in unwanted projects for up to 6 months. The 'Cheerboard' program seems reserved for those who blindly agree with everything the manager says.

close to none, I only stayed 1.5 years

Cons

I was in a project where there was too much micro management and no one was ready to share existing knowledge. there was no documentation and a lot of office politics was there.
