      Too decentralized, with segmented practices/teams in the company Local firm management too focuses on AI and cost cutting Lack of projects being brought in Local firm management has high favoration towards a certain group of older people, not suitable for younger demographic Too much control by Nagarro India and they are not very concerned about wellbeing of Sri Lankan teams Team members from India have no respect or sense of boundaries and personal time.
