The salary... if you know how to negotiate.

Cons

They have a terrible organization in Mexico, they try to make an "easy going" environment but when it comes to a question to HR, or something related to a hiring process they have no clue. Worst New Hire Orientation ever. I would have quit earlier if it wasn't because of the salary. I ended up resigning because of the bad organization.
