You will get immense amount of scope to grow yourself personally and professionally due to the Non-hierarchal management. Flexible work culture and employee friendly environment, employees are supportive in nature.

As such no cons, Since I haven't visited to the office area I can not comment much on this. But what I see in social media they have a good infrastructure

If you want to grow as an engineer here then Nagarro is not the place to be, there are absolutely no perks for employees. no incentives to put efforts in work
