1. They don't put efforts to identify great talents. People who don't know anything about the work they are doing (copy & paste people), getting higher recognition than who're putting hard and smart work due to their involvement in other (flattery) activities. 2. No extra incentives. 3. No performance based criteria to change position titles. They just changes according to the years of experience. It's a con for a hard working employee.

- Not great financial compensation - They describe themselves as non-hieratical and this is not true at all - Says all employees are equal but some are more equal than others
